A few days ago, a GENMA ship loader built by Runbang Heavy Machinery in 4 months was successfully shipped to the terminal of Jiangxi Jiangzhou United Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

The GENMA ship loader shipped this time has a rated operating efficiency of 1,000 tons per hour, and it mainly provides customers with shipping services for aggregates, sand and gravel and other materials. The equipment adopts a special design of telescopic chute, which meets the ship loading requirements under different water levels of the Yangtze River. The head of the equipment chute has a material buffer function, which effectively avoids the impact of materials falling from a height on the hull. At the same time, the equipment is also designed with a spray dust suppression system to reduce dust pollution during the loading operation.
It is worth mentioning that, in order to meet the harsh requirements of the old terminal for equipment weight, the GENMA R&D team conducted a thorough investigation and study of the actual situation on the spot, and customized a complete set of lightweight solutions. In the end, the designed GENMA shiploader not only met the wind resistance requirements along the river, but also ensured that the weight of the whole machine was less than 150 tons, which reduced the cost of terminal reconstruction.
GENMA is a professional material handling solution brand under Runbang Heavy Machinery, with rich experience in terminal material handling and transportation services.
