To effectively implement the specific measures for cultivating the blue ocean, scientific and technological innovation and developing marine resources, Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as RHM) and Siebenhan (Shanghai) Offshore Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Siebenhan (Shanghai)) jointly launched the "GENMA-SIEBENHAN" dual-brand truss-type hydraulic jacking system (hereinafter referred to as hydraulic jacking system) to the domestic market with the goal of serving the strategy of maritime power.
The jacking system is mainly composed of upper and lower ring beams, hydraulic oil cylinders, hydraulic and control systems, with a hydraulic pin-type jacking installation. It is worth mentioning that the system has been significantly improved under the pre-load jacking condition, and can support the energy transfer from large loads. The maximum jacking capacity of single pile of the system can reach 8,000 tons, and the maximum operating water depth is 70 meters. The self-elevating platform can realize self-elevating frequently in offshore waters and is applicable to all types of truss-type legs.


GENMA-SIEBENHAN hydraulic jacking system not only has good load capacity and strong applicability, but also takes into account the requirements for the operating conditions of the system, with an optimized design, the characteristics of stable and accurate lifting, adaptivity for frequent starting, and obvious advantages in safety and efficiency.
l Efficient operation efficiency
GENMA-SIEBENHAN hydraulic jacking system is loaded by hydraulic power, with a double acting automatic jacking mechanism. By "double acting", just like an "accelerator", through the synchronous action of upper and lower oil cylinders, the platform lifting efficiency can be improved rapidly, with average lifting speed reaching 0.4m/min, which can fully meet the requirements for utilization of wind power platform.
Combined with the hydraulic drive mode, when lifting offshore platforms, GENMA-SIEBENHAN hydraulic jacking system can remain as smooth as lifting on land, and adapt to frequent starting and braking, providing strong technical support for frequent lifting of platforms.

 


l Reliable safety performance
For pin-type hydraulic jacking system, a self-elevating platform jacking installation, the reliability is vital to the production safety of the platforms. The hydraulic jacking system has stable working performance and is provided with various safety protection measures under various working and non-working conditions.
With the traditional special fixation system abandoned, the jacking installation adopts the upper and lower double hydraulic automatic fixation system. The automatic fixation system can drive the sliding block to move up and down through the expansion and retraction of the hydraulic oil cylinder. When the platform is in the self-supporting state, it automatically locks and unlocks the pile legs, with a working principle similar to the "electrical park brake", as well as convenient operation.
Compared with the traditional gear and rack jacking system, this system is driven by the hydraulic oil cylinder for lifting, and locks the sliding block and the pile leg with the locking pin to raise and lower the pile leg, which can effectively reduce the risks of stuck tooth, pile sliding, etc., and reduce the moving wear and fatigue level of the core components. While ensuring the safety and reliability of the system during operation, extending the service life of the lifting device, and reducing its maintenance costs, the system is greatly improved in terms of times of lifting (more than 500 times per year), which makes it particularly applicable to self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel that needs frequent lifting.

 


At the same time, at the top of the truss-type pile leg matched with the system, the designers adopted the plate frame design for the part not in contact with wave at the top of the pile leg, which completely solved the problem of the skewing in truss pile leg racks, making the frequent lifting of the platform more accurate and safe.
In addition, to adapt to the complex and changeable offshore operation environment, the GENMA-SIEBENHAN hydraulic jacking system oil cylinder can alleviate the absorbed impact load by automatically adjusting the distribution of load on chord tube, to achieve overload protection, safety and reliability.
For platform jacking system, the most critical part of the offshore self-elevating platform, its performance directly affects the efficiency and safety of the platforms. GENMA-SIEBENHAN hydraulic jacking system has the technical advantages of high efficiency, stability, safety, and the suitability for frequent jacking.
