A few days ago, two GENMA Grab Ship Unloaders built by NANTONG RAINBOW HEAVY MACHINERIES CO., LTD. for ZENITH (Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group (Nantong) Co., Ltd.) were successfully delivered.

The equipment delivered this time is a towed trolley bridge-type grab ship unloader, which is mainly used for unloading of 50,000 ton bulk vessels. The ship unloader has semi-automatic and manual control modes during operation. The grab bucket of the equipment is equipped with a falling material recovery device, which can recover the materials that are scattered between the ship and the dock during unloading operation, so as to prevent the materials from being scattered on the dock surface and improve the environmental protection level of the terminal operation.

In addition, the equipment adopts an advanced high-pressure spray dust removal system, which can effectively control the dust during the unloading operation, meet the needs of green operation of the terminal, and have a positive significance for maintaining a good operating environment and building a green and intelligent terminal.
