Portable Pneumatic Unloader Meets with the Demand of Developing Grain Industry

GENMA has a great deal of experience in the manufacture and delivery of pneumatic ship unloader. GPU series pneumatic ship unloader with capacity from 80-600t/h(single pipe),equipped with multi-stage turbo blower, can save nearly 30% energy compared to the unloader with roots blower. By visiting terminals, grain and logistics companies, we realized that there is huge demand for small portable pneumatic unloader, especially in grain industry.
In China, due to scattered production and trade in grain industry, grain materials have to go through a variety of transportations and logistics hubs before finally be delivered to shippers, including but not limited to short haul vehicle transport, grain depot, small and medium-sized terminals and specialized grain terminals. Therefore, in each process there’s urgent demand for portable pneumatic unloader.
GENMA developed a series of portable pneumatic unloaders, GPP series portable pneumatic unloader which can be wildly used in bulk grain handling and transportation and can also assist the clearance. These equipments are usually customized and adapt to client’s environment.
This series is called as GENMA Bulk GPP series portable pneumatic unloaders, with capacity from 15-200t/h, as well as pneumatic ship unloader, which are equipped with multistage turbo blower system and airflow can be auto-adjustable, which can effectively minimize the pipe wearing and material crushing rate.
Currently, two main ways for clearance are adopted in Chinese terminals, one is by hiring extra dustman in a very primitive way, another is by skid-steer loader assistance. As to this point, GPP series can also assist with vessel or the other holder's clearance.
And considering about the small size and flexibility to transfer the equipment to anywhere unloading , loading or transfer needed, it is really versatile.
