A few days ago, after the installation of the GENMA lever luffing portal crane Which were designed and built by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: RHM), now entered the equipment debugging stage, and the related functions of the equipment's electronic control system have been further optimizing and debugging.

 

The electrical system is the power source and nerve center of electrical equipment, which is directly related to the operability and energy saving of the whole machine. The motor of the project equipment adopts full frequency conversion control, and the interlocking function of all programs is realized through the programmable controller. The equipment is supplemented by an automatic unloading control system during the grab bucket operation. Through the fixed-point setting of the grab bucket moving trajectory, the automatic unloading function can be realized, which can effectively improve the working efficiency of the machine and reduce the labor intensity of the driver.

After lifting, lowering, and loading for three times, the equipment has been preliminarily debugged. The system integrates the statics and dynamics of the steel structure, moreover, on the basis of the secondary development of the calculation software, it realizes various functions such as the mechanical analysis of the steel structure of the portal machine, the inspection of the movement interference of the boom system, and the calculation of the stability of the whole machine. .

In addition, the equipment has also optimized the design of the connecting rod form, and by adjusting the ratio of the length of the four connecting rods, the portal machine equipment can maintain a stable horizontal displacement of the spreader during the luffing process.
