GENMA 3500 ton full-slewing offshore crane successfully completed final assembly

Recently, a GENMA 3500-ton full-slewing offshore crane (abbreviation: offshore crane), independently designed and built by RHM for Hengtong client., has successfully completed the final assembly of super-large structural parts such as slewing platform, A- frame and boom after days of hard working of the project engineering team.

Under the unfavorable conditions of severe epidemic, low temperature, tight time and heavy tasks, the members of the final assembly project worked together to meet the difficulties. In this final assembly operation, foreign advanced hoisting technology was utilized, which greatly shortened the assembly cycle and laid a solid foundation for the equipment to be put into use as soon as possible.

GENMA 3500 ton super-large offshore crane is the main lifting equipment installed on the "Hengtong Lande" piling ship, which adopts advanced PLC intelligent control system. It has many advantages such as large lifting capacity, strong wind resistance, high efficiency, convenient operation, safety and reliability and is suitable for offshore wind power hoisting and other cargo loading and unloading operations.

The successful completion of this assembly task marks a phased victory for the project. It also reflects the strength of RHM in the field of design and manufacture of super-large offshore cranes. In the next step, the project will enter an intense commissioning stage. The project team members will continue to make persistent efforts to carry forward the GENMA craftsmanship spirit and sprint towards the ultimate goal of "perfect performance"!
